Generation Spin Class

Brightside is a celebration of feeling good in your own skin, the positive impact of exercise on mental health, and the belonging that can only be found sweating it out with a bunch of strangers. This spin class and theatre-show explores the world of โ€˜Generation Meโ€™ soundtracked by a Millennial anthem.

Join your instructor Lydia Cottrell on a journey of speed, strength, highs and lows. As we build a fleeting community with a common goal: work out, work hard and work on yourself.

โ€œHow did it end up like this...โ€

Together we will climb the hills of the millennial psyche, face the sprints of expectation and take on the challenge of financial crisis. Unpacking a generations drive for health, fitness, belonging and intimacy.

โ€œAnd taking control...โ€

A celebration, an exercise in acknowledging, allowing and accepting who you are. And then owning it.
